Our residential airpark, Brownsville Airport (F25 - Full Access subscription required), is currently being used as a staging and refueling station by helicopters fighting the Northern California fires.

This is an excellent example of how our small mountain airfield benefits the community at large.

There is a Sikorsky S70 Black Hawk, a Sikorsky S61, a UH1H Bell with tank, and a Bell Jet Ranger along with maintenance and fuel trucks.
