I would be interested in knowing where this airstrip is located (which state). It is possible it would work well for an airpark community since the 7000′ (presumably paved) would appeal to jet owners. There are not many airparks for owners of jet aircraft. It may also be feasible to sell the property for a private residence if the owners so desire and if the adjoining property would qualify as residential (zoning).

The airstrip is on the Southeast border of the former Seneca Army Depot in Romulus, NY. ‘Seneca Army Depot’ comes up nicely in Google Maps. It is between the two largest Finger Lakes (Seneca and Cayuga), and in the heart of New York’s wine country. Thank you for your interest. Bob

We are developing 3,000 acre air park in Izamal, Yucatan Mexico. 20 min from telchac beach 40 min from cosmopolitan Merida 30 min from chichen Itza and about one hour from Cancun and Playa del Carmen
Runway to be 5,0000 feet Pre Construction 1 acre lots at $30,000 price to be raised to $60,000 once we meet our pre contruction goal number monies to be held at stewart Title. We are interested in working with expiriance air park designers. Our concept is club house/ with smallers lots available for those who dont want big lot and ranchettes for country living.
