The Daily Camera (Boulder, Colo.) is reporting a judge has issued a temporary restraining order on the destruction of an inactive east-west runway at Erie, Colorado’s Erie Air Park (LWYP subscription required).

“A Weld County District Court judge last week signed off on a temporary restraining order, requiring the town to leave the runway on a master plan and preventing any action to “damage or destroy” it. A court hearing is set for Thursday.”
