If you are interested in residential airpark living, there will be a couple of forums during the April Sun ‘n Fun fly-in that you really should plan to attend.

Ray Sessions, developer of Cannon Creek Airpark in Lake City, Fl, and I will be presenting the seminars on two different days.

The actual dates for the forums have not been confirmed by Sun ‘n Fun, but the first one will be a general discussion about residential airparks and the second one will center on developing the facilities. As soon  as we receive confirmation on the dates and times, I’ll post it.

The forum format calls for brief presentations by the two of us and then we invite anyone who has developed a residential airpark or has one in the planning or construction phase to speak briefly about their project. There’s always a table available for brochures and other materials to be displayed.

This always leaves plenty of time for discussion among those attending and the questions and resulting answers or comments usually are quite informative.

If you are involved with an airpark (in addition to living on one) and want to participate, it will be a help if you’ll send me your name and the airpark name so we can plan appropriately. Send the information to me at dave@generalaviationnews.com. You can also call me if you want at 253-691-8103.
