I’m curious if anyone knows of any private residential airpark developments which are adjacent to a public “Part 139 certificated” airport (meaning one that has scheduled airline service. I have heard Kingman Arizona does, and it has 3 Beech 1900 commuter flights a day. Supposedly, access is via a radio-controlled mechanical gate and homoeowners have remote control units for the gate.

Anyone know of anything similar? I need to be able to show them to my town as proof that they can work.
