Chuck Zuvers from Missouri will be building an apartment in a mini-warehouse that will overlook the runway adjacent to his property. He’s looking for apartment floor plans. Anyone have anything they are willing to share? Post a link in the comments area below, if you have the plans online, or email them to me (ben@generalaviationnews.com) and I’ll share them with all.

Received the following reply to the above request from a reader wishing to remain anonymous:
I had a hangar (“bachelor pad”) in which I kept my Cessna 210. We built an apartment in the hangar behind the 210, the front of which faced a large roll-up (Schweiss-type door). The kitchen and bathroom were located behind the left wing.
A bedroom with room for a small clothes closet and desk space were placed behind the right wing. There was open walk space behind the tail. There were 2 outside entry doors, one off center to the tail and the other in front of the left wing.
Future construction was to place a larger space above the aircraft’s tail with a full bathroom & bedroom behind left wing, a living room in center above the tail and a bedroom with or without bathroom behind the right wing.
I do not have access to my blue prints now since I’m wintering in Florida. I will share some of the detailed information when I get home.
