An Associated Press story reports that “existing home sales fell 3.7%” in March 2021 and those “homes typically sold in 18 days.” Many sellers receive multiple, above asking price, cash offers.

That’s great if you are a seller, not so great if you are a buyer.

And if you live in a specialty community, like an airpark, you’d like to see an aircraft owner and/or pilot take the keys to that house.

Anecdotally, I’ve heard from a few airpark managers who told me that people drive into the airpark, look at all the homes, then walk up, knock on the door and ask the homeowner, “How much?”
